I have used on my feet which are always numb and found that my walking so far is a lot better and I do not have sudden shooting pains in my feet since I've been using this cream.
once we found magnesium cream with arnica and other vitamins and such, the fast and long lasting pain relief is unbelievable. I am 77 and my wife is 70 and we will never be without it.
